Nose Lifted, aromatic and alluring. The nose shows aromas of crushed green melon and talc with hints of passionfruit and coriander.
Palate The palate is rich, fresh, tight and clean. The upfront fruit flavours are of guava and paw paw. The mid palate is spiced with green herb flavours and lemon curd. The back palate is soft, dry and lingering with a grapefruit pith like acidity
