  Colour Dark black olive in colour with vibrant magenta hues.

  Nose Wonderfully lifted, perfumed, herbal and aromatic. the nose displays lifted fruit aromas of fruits of the forest. This is supported by wafts of star and anise and fresh black liquorice. There are also nuances of crushed mixed nuts and sukkah.

  Palate Ripe, generous, complex and dry. The upfront fruit flavours are a mixture of juicy blood plum, blackberry and boysenberry. the mid palate shows flavours of black cube and dark bitter chocolate with supporting hints of basil and lavender. The back palate is soft and with persistent tannins and cleansing acidity.
