      Colour Dark black olive in colour with blood red and vibrant ruby hues.

      Nose Ripe, lifted, perfumed and alluring. The upfront fruit aromas are of cooked blackberry and warm Ribena. There are also wafts of fresh herbs such as basil, rosemary and lavender.

      Palate The palate is full bodied, generous, complex and soft. The upfront fruit flavours are of ripe fruits of the forest. The mid palate shows cedar, fresh tobacco and smoked flavours. The back palate is soft and long with persistent firm and dry tannins.

      Cellaring 3 – 8 years.

      Food Smoked and grilled lamb rump with sweet potato mash, marinated Kangaroo kebabs, char grilled eggplant with garlic and Moroccan seasoning.
