Colour: Pale, yet vibrant white gold in colour with fluorescent lime green hues.
Nose: Wonderfully lifted, perfumed and spicy. The wine displays upfront aromas of guava, fresh pineapple and passionfruit. This is supported by nuances of white talc and coriander.
Palate: Rich, ripe, generous, complex and clean. The upfront fruit flavours are of tropical mix fruit salad. The mid palate is spicy with a slight biscuity flavour. The back palate is crisp and clean with persistent cleansing acidity.
Cellar: Now – 2 years.
Food: Thai style prawn salad, chicken and pork dumplings with chilli & garlic dipping sauce, Southern Indian vegetarian dips.
