Palate: Tight, fresh, rounded, soft and dry. Upfront fruit of lemons and grapefruit pith
with hints of honeysuckle supported by a cleansing yet soft natural acidity.
Cellaring: Drink now or cellar for a further 3 years.
Food: Freshly shucked oysters, pan-fried whiting fillets, washed find cheese, white bait fritters.
