  Colour Pale white gold in colour with fluorescent lime green and straw coloured hues.

  Nose Lifted aromas of freshly squeezed Tahitian lime. There are also nuances of musk and lightly stewed Granny Smith apple.

  Palate Light, fresh, clean and dry. The upfront fruit flavours are of fresh lemon and grapefruit. The mid palate displays a soft minerality with true flintiness. The back palate is crisp and dry with natural cleansing acidity.
