Colour Dark garnet in colour with maroon and purple opaque hues.
Nose Lifted and aromatic fruit aromas of blueberry, boysenberry and blood Plum. There are also spiced aromas of hickory and wood smoke. This is supported by nuances of black pepper and salted cured meats.
Palate The palate is full bodied, ripe and generous yet remarkably soft. The upfront fruit flavours are of black fruits such as blackberry and mulberry. the mid palate is broad with flavours of crushed nuts and smoky bacon. The back palate is soft, long and juicy.
