Colour Pale white gold in colour with straw like hues with a persistent bead and
Nose Lifted aromas of freshly baked bread and camembert cheese which is
supported by aromas of freshly squeezed lemon juice. There are also
wafts of toasted pine nuts.
Palate Generous, rounded, soft and dry. The upfront palate displays fruit
flavours of grapefruit and Granny Smith apples. The mid palate is broad
with toasty, nutty flavours. The back palate is bone dry with lingering
waxy and honeyed flavours.
