Colour: Bright, vibrant black olive in colour with opaque garnet hues
Nose: Lifted red fruits of sour cherry and raspberry with gamey and savoury wafts with hints of freshly cooked pizza.
Palate: Rich, ripe, savoury, dry and soft. The upfront palate shows fruit flavours of alpine strawberry and juicy raspberry. The mid-palate shows a meaty almost briar-like complexity. The finish is soft and dry with cola sweet oak backbone.
Cellar: 3-4 years
Food: Antipasto platter of cured meats, beef carpaccio, stuffed artichokes.
