Colour: Dark cherry red in colour with blood/red crimson opaque hues.
Nose: Aromas of lifted spice, white pepper, nutmeg and cloves. Ripe berries with a distinctive floral character and a hint of cassis.
Palate: The palate is elegant, generous, savoury, soft and dry. Rich red fruits of sour cherry, raspberry with hints of rhubarb. The mid palate is savoury and spicy showing pepper, earth and cinnamon. The finish is soft, dry, lingering and moorish.
