Pale white gold in colour with lime green fluorescent hues.
Lifted aromas of Tahitian lime and green capsicum. This is supported by wafts of freshly cut clover and sprouts. There are also hints of leafy green vegetables and dried herbs of thyme.
The palate is clean, fresh and dry. The upfront fruit flavours are of popping finger lime and green apple. The mid palate is clean with an aspro like minerality. The back palate is zesty, fresh and clean.
