Yellow gold in colour with olive green and khaki hues.
Wonderfully lifted, aromatic and alluring. The upfront fruit aromas are of lime and guava. This is supported by nuances of freshly cooked toast smothered with butter and honey with hints of crushed cashew nuts.
The palate displays flavours of cooked citrus, particularly cumquat marmalade. The mid palate is spicy with hints of coriander, fresh ginger and galangal. The back palate is soft, dry and persistent with hints of freshly baked cookie dough and beeswax.
