Pale straw gold in colour with lime green opaque hues.
Lifted aromas of lemon curd and freshly baked custard. There are also wafts of freshly blanched asparagus supported by citrus blossom and freshly baked brioche and just a hint of kerosene.
Layers of complexity, soft and dry. The upfront fruit flavours are of grapefruit and ripe granny smith apple. The mid palate is broader and shows hints of toast and honey with a slight saltiness. The back palate is long with a cleansing pith like acidity.
