Colour Dark magenta red in colour with ruby red hues and a wonderful creamy
Nose Lifted, perfumed, aromatic and mouth-watering. The nose displays
aromas of cherry cola and boiled fruit cake. This is supported by
nuances of spices of cinnamon, clove and cardamom.
Palate Rich, ripe, generous, soft and long. The upfront fruit flavours are of
blackberry and stewed quince. The mid palate is wonderfully complex
with layers of dark chocolate and liquorice with hints of black pepper.
The back palate is soft and dry with lingering mocha like complexity.
